Mac grew up on the Island of Kauai, in the Hawaiian Islands. Having spent most of his youth traveling back and forth from the Northwest and the Islands, he eventually moved to Sandpoint in 1996 to enjoy the year round fun offered by a town sandwitched between a Ski Resort and a Beautiful Lake. Mac is a lisenced pilot, a professional musician and a fan of all scholarly endeavors such as Literature and Philosophy.

Mac entered the field of Real Estate to make an honest living while helping people through what is usually the most important step of their lives: buying a home.
